Our custom "blue print" coolant fed cutting tools are manufactured from high speed steel or carbide that is the finest material available from select American suppliers. This way we know that our cutting tools are going to provide the same tough performance that our customers demand each and every time.

High-Speed Steel Cutting Tools (M2/M7)

  • High-speed steel is the most economical material that can be manufactured into any type of tool needed.
  • High-speed cutting tools work well on all materials and can be coated to provide even better performance for particular materials.

Coolant Fed Tooling

  • Coolant fed tooling can be supplied in any of the above materials.
  • Coolant hole tooling can be designed to supply coolant directly to the working edges of a tool.
  • High-Speed Steel cutting tools with coolant holes have a "carbide like" performance with an economical price.

Cobalt Cutting Tools (M42)

  • Cobalt cutting tools can be hardened to a higher level than High-Speed Steel to provide added wear resistance and strength.
  • Works well on hard-to-machine materials and can be coated to provide better performance for a particular material.

Powder Metal Cutting Tools (T15/M4)

  • Powder metal cutting tools can be hardened to a higher level than Cobalt and provide superior wear resistance and strength.
  • Works well on just about all materials.

Solid Carbide Cutting Tools

  • Provides economies of scale with its superior hardness and maximum performance.
  • Works well on just about all materials, but really excels when the work holding is very rigid.
  • Can be coated to suit a particular material.

Carbide Tipped Cutting Tools

  • Carbide tipped cutting tools - the best of both worlds. Provides near the performance of solid carbide, but the cost is less due to the High-Speed Steel body.
  • The High-Speed Steel body provides some flex for a work-holding environment that is less rigid.
  • Can be coated to suit a particular material.
