Our Custom Ball Nose End Mills may look like what you would find in a catalog, but consist of special custom specifications that the customer desires. These custom features could be specific diameters, lengths, special radial forms, to custom shanks with flats. They are engineered per customer’s applications.
Applications for Core Drill
Custom Ball Nose End Mills are used to mill flat, vertical, horizontal, or angled surfaces. This is most commonly used to machine slots, grooves, and keyways.
Limitations
CThe flute geometry of the End Mill, with its excessive rake and absence of cylindrical margins, limits its use to milling operations only.
