Custom Subland 2-2-2 Drill Builder
Request A QuoteDescription:
A Subland Drill (2-2-2) is three drills of different diameters combined into one tool while retaining the individual characteristics and proper geometry of each. The independent flutes and margins maintain the concentricity between diameters throughout the life of the tool and are not affected by re-sharpening.
Applications
Subland Drills (2-2-2) eliminates operations by drilling two diameter holes such as drill-counterbore-countersink, drill-drill-spotface, etc., in one production step.
Limitations:
The Subland Drill (2-2-2) is not practical with a smallest diameter less than 55% of the large diameter. Depth of hole should not exceed three times the smallest diameter.
